Autoscroll feature is disabled by default on Firefox Ubuntu version. (Autoscroll : click on the scroll button on your mouse to get it to "autoscroll", where you get the little up and down arrows, and can scroll simply by moving the mouse, not by scrolling the wheel).
This is how you can enable it on Firefox,
1)Type "about:config" in your address bar.
2)Seach for "autoscroll" using the search bar in the top of that page.
3)You will get "general:autoScroll" as the result.
4)Double click on it and you will see the Boolean value is changed to true.
5)Close that page and we are done!
